Molly Dearing concentrates in the areas of civil litigation and preventative legal planning.  Formally an associate with Moore
Myers & Garland, LLC and Phillips & Bohyer, P.C., Ms. Dearing
brings a vast amount of civil litigation experience with her to
her practice.  Ms. Dearing works with her clients to resolve
disputes efficiently and effectively navigates her clients through
the legal system.

Ms. Dearing's preventative legal planning practice involves
assisting her clients as they plan and prepare for their future.    Utilizing her experience gained in her civil litigation practice, Ms. Dearing helps her clients stay on course and steers them away from common mistakes that can often lead to future litigation.  Ms. Dearing helps her clients prepare contracts, leases,  wills, advanced health care directives, and prenuptial agreements.  She also assists clients with small business formation and employment matters.
